Boongaree Nature Play Park

This project included site preparation, concrete flooring, structural steelwork, block and brickwork, and roofing with Colorbond materials.Installation of automatic doors, plumbing, electrical systems, and accessible features like ceiling hoists and change tables. Retaining walls were constructed from sandstone.Finishing included anti-graffiti coating, painting, signage, and fixtures such as shelves and mirrors.

This project involved comprehensive design services for new amenities buildings, including the complete demolition of the existing structure.Our team delivered a modern, high-quality replacement that meets functional and aesthetic requirements, ensuring a seamless transition from demolition to a fully upgraded facility.

Coledale Beach Campground Amenities

This project involved the demolition and removal of outdated roofing materials, including roof sheets, fascia, trims, and protective steel guard to electrical conduits. Our team also removed light fittings and fibre cement sheeting.We supplied and installed a brand-new, high-quality roof, treating exposed rafters and replacing all structural fasteners for enhanced durability.The entire roof structure was then professionally painted, ensuring both a fresh look and long-lasting protection.

Coledale Beach BBQ Shelters


Dawes Park Amenities

We provided a full range of services for this project, managing demolition and construction in parallel to minimise weather-related deterioration risks.Our work included expert groundworks, concrete slabs, footings, and pavement, along with the installation of metalwork for screens, gates, and structural posts.We completed high-quality roofing, masonry brick walls, and piers, as well as the installation of doors and hardware.Our team also handled external painting, joinery, landscaping, and full electrical and hydraulic installations.Additionally, we safely removed asbestos to ensure a clean, compliant site.

Wiseman Park Amenities

This project involved demolishing an existing building and constructing a new amenities facility, including "home" and "away" change rooms, accessible toilets, showers, storage for sporting equipment, a sheltered outdoor area, and a new DDA-compliant carpark. Demolition included safe asbestos removal, service disconnections, and site clearance.Key construction work included concrete slabs, retaining walls, masonry blockwork, and extensive carpentry, joinery, and metalwork. We installed roofing, doors, signage, and security gates, while also completing tiling, waterproofing, and painting. Hydraulic and electrical works were carried out, along with landscaping and carpark upgrades, including new paths, bollards, and planting.The project delivered a fully compliant, functional, and accessible facility, tailored to the needs of both users and the local community.

Fairy Meadow Community Centre

This roof replacement project involved the complete removal of existing metal and tile roofing, along with safe asbestos removal and disposal. We upgraded the roof battens and made minor framing modifications, including converting an old box gutter to an eaves gutter system. The new metal roofing, flashings, and associated components were installed to match the building’s original footprint.Additional work included camera inspection and clearing of stormwater lines, as well as the installation of new stormwater systems. We also replaced external eave-mounted light fittings with energy-efficient LED lights and restored water-damaged ceiling tiles in the store room.The result is a fully upgraded, durable roofing system with improved stormwater management and lighting.

Geoff Shaw Oval Amenities

This project involved the design and construction of a new amenity building featuring two changerooms, male and female toilets, a canteen, groundskeeper store, accessible toilet and shower, umpire room, and multiple storage areas. We also completed essential groundworks and services upgrades.The scope included the demolition of existing structures, removal of concrete slabs, paths, and redundant services. Excavation work addressed the removal of an old sewer tank and tree root systems. We also installed new paving, kerb and guttering, a reinforced concrete stair, and an accessible parking space, ensuring the facility is both functional and compliant with accessibility standards.

Howard Fowles Oval Amenities

This project involved the construction of a modern amenity building with two changerooms, male and female toilets, a canteen, groundskeeper store, accessible toilet and shower, umpire room, and additional storage spaces. The project also included comprehensive groundworks and services upgrades.Our team managed the demolition and removal of existing structures, concrete slabs, paths, and redundant services. Excavation work was carried out to remove an old sewer tank and tree root system, followed by backfilling. New infrastructure included paving, kerb and guttering, a reinforced concrete stair, and a fully accessible parking space, ensuring the facility is fully compliant and ready for use.

Ison Park Baseball Field Amenities

This project involved the design and construction of modern amenity blocks, featuring canteen facilities, two store rooms, separate male and female change rooms, and unisex accessible toilets.Additionally, we completed minor landscaping and footpath works to enhance the overall functionality and accessibility of the site.The result is a fully equipped, user-friendly facility designed to meet the needs of all users.

Kembla Terraces

This project involved the complete replacement and remediation of roofing elements, including bullnose balcony roof sheeting, rainwater goods, flashings, and capping. We also remediated the balcony structure, installed a semi-frameless glass balustrade, and replaced the concrete ‘Juliet’ balcony. The main and western roofs were upgraded with new sheeting, insulation, safety mesh, gutters, downpipes, and stormwater connections.In the Western Atrium, we waterproofed, installed walkways and handrails, and replaced damaged skylight glazing.All works were completed with careful consideration of public safety and tenant needs, ensuring minimal disruption in this busy CBD location.

Mt Keira Summit

This project involved the construction of a picnic shelter with a trim deck roof, accessible paths, and landscaping.Key works included the demolition and replacement of concrete paths, installation of a retaining wall, and pouring of concrete slabs for the main area and footpaths.The disabled carpark was upgraded with reinforced grass pavers, and roadworks included asphalt paving, line marking, and signage.Structural steel, handrails, and roofing were installed, alongside hydraulic works for stormwater management and a water fountain.Landscaping included turfing, garden preparation, and litter bin placement.

Mollymook Surf Life Saving Club

This project involved a comprehensive upgrade, including safe asbestos removal and the complete re-roofing of the building with new trusses and metal roofing. We transformed key areas, including a new Members Store, Recreation Area, refurbished Bunk Room, and Halls.Additional work included the replacement of all windows, a modernised kitchen and table store, and a refreshed bar area and ablutions. A kitchenette was added to the existing gym, and landscaping was re-established to enhance the exterior.The result is a fully upgraded facility with improved functionality, aesthetics, and safety.

North Wollongong TAFE Footbridge

This project involved the demolition and replacement of two timber footbridges with durable pre-cast concrete decks supplied by Wollongong City Council. The works included minor modifications to the existing abutments, the construction of concrete topping slabs, and the fabrication and installation of balustrades.Throughout the project, we placed a strong emphasis on environmental stewardship, ensuring the protection of nearby waterways, flora, and fauna. Sustainable practices were implemented to minimise disruption to the surrounding natural habitat, ensuring the project was completed safely and responsibly.The result is a modern, robust infrastructure that enhances accessibility while safeguarding the local environment.

Milton Basketball Stadium

This project involved comprehensive asbestos removal, including the safe disposal of ACM roof sheets, mesh, gutters, flashings, downpipes, wall sheets, subfloor areas, and existing ceiling components. Air monitoring was conducted throughout to ensure safety standards were met.We then installed a new roofing system, including netting, insulation, flashings, gutters, downpipes, fascia, framing, and eaves linings, all carefully matched to the existing structure. Steel portal frames and purlins were cleaned, prepared, and painted to restore their durability.Additional works included the removal and replacement of concrete paths, as well as upgrading lighting, conduits, cabling, and switching. We also provided a certified roof access and anchor system for safety, along with air monitoring clearance certification and full documentation.The result is a fully updated, safe, and compliant facility.

Bellambi Beach Shelters

This project involved the demolition and disposal of two existing shelters, along with old furniture and concrete slabs/footings. We then supplied and installed two new, modern shelters and upgraded park furniture to enhance the site’s functionality and aesthetic appeal.Our team excavated and prepared the area, installing new concrete footings and slabs for the shelters, along with adjoining pathways to ensure easy access and improved flow.The result is a revitalised park space with upgraded amenities that offer both comfort and durability for visitors.

Tomerong Park Amenities

This project involved the design and construction of a single-pan accessible amenities building, along with comprehensive site works. Our team completed detailed groundworks, including site clearing, excavation, and the preparation of a building slab, retaining wall, and disabled car parking space.Key elements included the installation of a concrete slab and footings, a blockwork retaining wall with smooth grey concrete blocks and matching caps, and the construction of a fully accessible car park. We also implemented a pump-out septic system, including a collection well, along with all necessary plumbing and electrical services.The project was completed with high-quality finishes, including painting and the installation of fittings, resulting in a fully accessible and functional facility designed to meet the needs of all users.

Ulladulla Leisure Centre Gymnasium Extension

This project involved extensive alterations and additions to the Ulladulla Leisure Centre's existing Gymnasium, enhancing its functionality and aesthetic appeal. Key works included site preparation, excavation, and the construction of piers and foundations to support the new structure. We completed brickwork, structural steelwork, roofing, and roof plumbing, ensuring a durable and long-lasting build.Inside, we installed Ultra Floor, internal wall linings, and high-quality finishes, including painting and glazing. The project also encompassed plumbing, drainage, and full electrical and mechanical works to meet modern standards.Throughout, we ensured site safety with temporary protection fences and screens.The result is a fully upgraded gymnasium that enhances the leisure centre's facilities, offering a more functional and comfortable space for the community.

Vincentia Plantation Point Amenities

This project involved the construction of a modern new amenities building, followed by the demolition of the existing facility and the addition of external showers. The new building features durable blockwork walls, a concrete slab, timber roof framing, and a steel-clad roof.Key works included site clearing, construction of the building and external footpaths, and the installation of essential equipment, including an accessibility hoist. We connected new hydraulic systems to existing water and sewerage services, and provided electrical connections for lighting and hoist equipment. The power supply to the BBQ was rerouted from the old amenities building to the new meter box.Following the demolition of the existing amenities building, we installed external showers and a water supply line for a future drinking bubbler. All surplus materials, spoil, and vegetation were removed, and the site was restored with topsoil and re-vegetated with grass turf, ensuring the area was fully rehabilitated and ready for use.

Wollongong City Council Chambers

This project involved comprehensive site establishment, including demolition, disconnection, and strip-out of existing structures, followed by the safe disposal of materials. We then carried out preparation and restoration works, including painting, electrical installations, and complete fit-out services to transform the space.Our team meticulously installed and set up all furniture and fittings, ensuring everything was tailored to the client’s specifications. The project was concluded with a thorough commercial clean and a seamless handover, delivering a polished, ready-for-use space that meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Nowra Anglican College

This project involved the refurbishment of existing science and art workshop buildings, transforming them into modern, functional spaces to support enhanced learning environments. The scope included the creation of four science labs, two science learning areas, four math classrooms, two staff rooms, a staff common room, and a dedicated Science Preparation Facility.Key upgrades included the installation of an operable wall to allow for flexible space usage, ensuring the facility can adapt to various teaching needs.The result is a fully upgraded, state-of-the-art learning environment designed to foster both collaboration and innovation.

The Junior School Project involved the construction of five new classrooms, store rooms, covered walkways, and modern toilet facilities, along with the development of a spacious car park featuring 60 line-marked parking spots.We also installed structural steel and a versatile operable wall, offering flexibility for various classroom configurations.The result is a well-designed, functional, and accessible learning environment that meets the growing needs of the school community.

This project involved the construction of a new steel-framed stair and entry foyer to the existing building. The scope included key upgrades to the Ground Floor Foyer and access areas, ensuring continued accessibility for staff and students throughout the project.In consultation with the client, Batmac developed a construction schedule that prioritised minimal disruption, with major works carried out over weekends.The works included the removal of existing ceramic floor tiles and carpet, floor leveling, and preparation for new finishes. We also carried out glazing and internal ceiling alterations, as well as installing an external awning over the entry.To ensure safety and seamless operation, barricades, partitions, and hoarding were used throughout the process.The result is a modernised and accessible entryway, enhancing the functionality of the building while keeping the space operational for university staff and students.

Southern Cross Community Housing, Ulladulla

This project involved the construction of a modern Shared Boarding House Complex featuring six studio units, a communal area, and associated parking and landscaping. Key works included termite management, earthworks, and service trenching to prepare the site.We completed a wide range of construction tasks, including paving, concrete, and brick/block construction, as well as light steel and timber framing for the building’s structure. Roofing, cladding, windows, and glazed doors were installed, followed by thermal insulation and waterproofing.Interior works included the installation of joinery, fixtures, ceramic tiles, floor finishes, and painting, alongside mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical services.The landscaping included walling, edging, fences, barriers, and gardens to create a welcoming outdoor environment.The result is fully functional, well-equipped boarding houses that combine modern design with high-quality finishes, providing comfortable living spaces and an inviting common area.

Shellharbour Workers Club

This project involved comprehensive roof and wall cladding works to upgrade the building’s structure and appearance. Key tasks included the removal of structural steel shade sail structures, followed by minor remediation works. We carried out blockwork repairs at the southeast and northeast ends, removing redundant fixings and patching the blockwork as needed.The lower roofing works involved removing the existing roof and installing new roof sheeting. Wall cladding was upgraded with new top-hat fixings to the existing blockwork walls and cladding applied to select areas.Additional works included painting the existing columns and removing two old louvres.The result is a refreshed, durable, and visually appealing building with enhanced roofing and wall cladding, ensuring improved functionality and aesthetic value.

This renovation project transformed the interior and exterior of the property, creating a modern, open-plan living space. Inside, the property was completely stripped, with structural walls removed on the ground level to open up the floor plan. New beams were installed to support the roof, as per the engineer's design.We upgraded the electrical wiring to meet BCA compliance and installed energy-efficient lighting throughout. All windows were replaced with new, and the kitchen was completely redesigned and fitted with modern appliances. The bathroom was reconfigured by removing walls and doorways, and new fixtures were installed for improved functionality.A staircase was removed to create a stylish office nook, and additional storage cupboards were added. We also fitted out a new laundry and installed new floor finishes throughout. The entire interior was painted and soft furnishings were added for a polished finish.On the exterior, the brickwork was rendered, the tiled roof was repointed and painted, and new lighting was installed.The result is a beautifully modernised home, blending open spaces with high-quality finishes for both style and practicality.

This project involved the demolition of an existing residence, along with the removal of associated buildings and trees, to make way for a modern residential development.We designed and constructed four brand-new dwellings, including three 3-bedroom single-storey homes and one 4-bedroom single-storey home. Each dwelling was carefully planned to provide spacious, contemporary living with high-quality finishes. The project also included extensive landscaping and the installation of all necessary infrastructure to support the new homes.The result is a thoughtfully designed residential development offering both comfort and style for modern living.
